Join us for our mid-week run along the beautiful C&D Canal. We meet at Grain H2O parking lot and then we are off for our run. We have runners of various abilities/speeds running various distances. The distance and speed are up to you. Following the run, join us for a dinner and drink on the deck of the restaurant. It is a great time had by all!
