Join us Wednesday, February 3rd at 7:30 pm for a MAC general meeting open to all members. Light refreshments will be provided .  We'll touch on the normal administrative stuff, recognize milestones, a demonstration of core slings and leave time for questions and socialization. Hope to see you there!
